Leading a 10+ person volunteer committee to deliver professional development events for early-career IT professionals across NSW — managing the full lifecycle from planning to execution.

• Oversee end-to-end event management: venue coordination, ACS staff liaison, budget alignment, and post-event review.
• Lead speaker outreach and stakeholder engagement — sourcing industry professionals aligned to ACS monthly themes.
• Drive event marketing across digital channels — copywriting, promotional planning, and audience growth.
• Coordinate with the Branch Executive Committee (BEC) to align committee activities with ACS NSW strategic priorities.
• Manage new committee member onboarding — intake process, role briefings, and ongoing mentoring.
• Chair committee meetings, set agendas, and maintain accountability across workstreams.
