About

The path less conventional.

I didn't take the straight path into tech — and that's exactly what makes me effective.

I moved from Indonesia to Sydney to study civil engineering at UTS, where I earned a Dean's Merit Award and was invited to their Leadership Program. When ChatGPT launched and AI began reshaping every industry, I saw the future clearly: technology isn't just a career — it's the foundation everything else is being built on.

So I pivoted. I completed a Bachelor of IT in Cyber Security at Kent Institute, graduating on the Dean's List. While studying, I led teams as a Shift Manager at McDonald's and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks — learning to manage people under pressure, solve problems in real time, and deliver results when it matters.

Today, I'm embedded in a full-scale enterprise IT transformation at Australian Plastic Profiles, now part of Legrand. My title says IT Assistant, but the work spans infrastructure, cloud migration, networking, Active Directory, and compliance audit preparation.

Far beyond the title — I'm embedded in a full-scale enterprise IT transformation following Legrand's acquisition. The work spans infrastructure, cloud, networking, and compliance.

  • Supporting 300+ users across 7 branches with multi-system operations (AutoCAD, SAP B1, in-house delivery systems, printers, workstations).
  • Completed migration of 139 workstations to Legrand's ecosystem.
  • Migrating 8+ on-prem servers to Legrand's Azure environment.
  • Deploying new network infrastructure — FortiGate firewalls, network switches, and core switches.
  • Migrating SAP B1 from on-prem to Azure cloud; designing VDI solution to resolve cross-branch latency.
  • Managing Active Directory and RDS environments; completed Outlook/email migration.
  • Preparing for upcoming internal audit (June 2026).

Legrand

Role Technical Service Intern
Period May 2024 — Jun 2025
Location Sydney, Australia

Solving real-world IoT problems where documentation didn't match reality. On-site troubleshooting meant figuring out whether issues were product faults, configuration errors, or client-environment problems — then turning client requests into working solutions.

  • Resolved 150+ customer inquiries for IoT devices — smart switches, intercoms, emergency lighting.
  • Improved device reliability by ~20% through firmware stability testing.
  • Performed risk assessments and technical documentation for product compliance.
  • Collaborated across engineering, support, and sales — expediting issue resolution by 15%.

Starbucks

Role Shift Supervisor
Period Apr 2022 — Present
Location Sydney, Australia

Leadership isn't just a tech skill. Managing 16+ people under pressure, solving problems in real time, and maintaining quality standards taught me what no classroom could.

  • Trained and supervised 16+ staff, achieving 10% improvement in customer service scores.
  • Reduced inventory waste by 5% through effective management.
  • Passed all health and safety inspections without violations.

McDonald's

Role Shift Manager
Period Aug 2019 — Jun 2022
Location Sydney, Australia
  • Managed high-volume operations, supervising up to 12 staff per shift.
  • Achieved 15% reduction in average customer wait times.
  • Reduced administrative processing time by 25% through streamlined procedures.
